問題一：重點(diǎn)不突出

一封有效的求職信應(yīng)該重點(diǎn)突出，應(yīng)聘者能干什么，優(yōu)勢(shì)在哪里，謀求什么職位應(yīng)當(dāng)一目了然。很多應(yīng)聘者競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力很強(qiáng)，寫起簡(jiǎn)歷來卻沒有突出重點(diǎn)。如果一份簡(jiǎn)歷看上去適合任何單位、任何職位，它給人的印象就是求職者不能確定自己的工作目標(biāo)。一名人力資源部經(jīng)理告訴我，假如有個(gè)應(yīng)聘者同時(shí)對(duì)兩個(gè)完全不同的職位感興趣，那么他肯定兩份工作都干不好。所以，如果你想申請(qǐng)多個(gè)職位，務(wù)必準(zhǔn)備幾份不同的簡(jiǎn)歷。
