三、雙方權(quán)利與義務(wù)

Party A has the right to review and supervise Party Bs performance content to ensure that the performance complies with laws, regulations and social ethics.
2. 甲方應(yīng)提供演出所需的場(chǎng)地、設(shè)備等必要條件。
Party A shall provide the necessary conditions such as venue and equipment for the performance.
3. 甲方應(yīng)按照本合同約定支付演出費(fèi)用。
Party A shall pay the performance fee in accordance with the provisions of this contract.
�。ǘ┮曳綑�(quán)利與義務(wù)
1. 乙方有權(quán)按照本合同約定獲得演出費(fèi)用。
Party B has the right to obtain the performance fee in accordance with the provisions of this contract.
2. 乙方應(yīng)按照甲方的要求，按時(shí)、高質(zhì)量地完成演出任務(wù)。
Party B shall complete the performance task on time and with high quality as required by Party A.
3. 乙方應(yīng)保證其演出內(nèi)容不侵犯任何第三方的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)等合法權(quán)益。
Party B shall ensure that its performance content does not infringe any legitimate rights and interests such as intellectual property rights of any third party.
四、違約責(zé)任
1. 若甲方未按照本合同約定支付演出費(fèi)用，每逾期一日，應(yīng)按照未支付金額的`__%向乙方支付違約金。
If Party A fails to pay the performance fee in accordance with the provisions of this contract, it shall pay a liquidated damages of _% of the unpaid amount to Party B for each overdue day.
2. 若乙方未按照本合同約定完成演出任務(wù)，甲方有權(quán)扣除部分或全部演出費(fèi)用，并要求乙方承擔(dān)因此造成的損失。
If Party B fails to complete the performance task in accordance with the provisions of this contract, Party A has the right to deduct part or all of the performance fee and require Party B to bear the losses caused thereby.
五、爭(zhēng)議解決
本合同在履行過(guò)程中如發(fā)生爭(zhēng)議，雙方應(yīng)首先友好協(xié)商解決；協(xié)商不成的，任何一方均可向有管轄權(quán)的人民法院提起訴訟。
In case of any dispute arising from the performance of this contract, both parties shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the peoples court having jurisdiction.
六、其他條款
1. 本合同自雙方簽字（或蓋章）之日起生效。

四、違約責(zé)任

五、爭(zhēng)議解決
