          目前為止,許多工作都是停留在瑣事上,我希望可以有更多可做的事情,而不僅僅時這些瑣事。這對我來說不僅僅是個挑戰(zhàn),更是一次歷練,為公司更好發(fā)展的同時對自己也是一個提升。雖然入職只有一個多月,但感觸頗多,下面我發(fā)表下入職以來的個人的一些感受:

         、俟纠餂]有員入職培訓,新員工進公司后連最基本的公司制度都不知道,很多時候工作配合起來就有一定的困難。管理、技能方面的.培訓,不僅是針對技術人員,同時其他崗位的都應該適時的培訓,學習吸收新的知識,以提高各人員的工作效率及辦事解決問題的能力

          ②公司沒有資產(chǎn)統(tǒng)計,有些東西壞了丟了以致公司到底有多少家底都不清楚

          ③除了辦公室人員,平時大家很難有機會一起交流!所以適時的舉辦一些公司活動是很有必要的!公司每次的活動及一些大小事,都有必要采集相應的影像資料,記錄公司發(fā)展的歷史

         、芨@希瑸榘l(fā)福利而發(fā)福利,從沒有考慮過員工的需求和實行性,過于個人主義。我在論壇看到有些企業(yè)的福利是這樣發(fā)的:同樣是發(fā)月餅,人家卻把月餅寄到了員工的家里,送給了他的父母,并送一份對員工表揚及對其父母感恩的話,我想這樣的效果遠遠超過于通知員工到你辦公室領月餅?所以很多時候我們可以更全面的考慮這些,不僅對員工是一種關懷,對公司也有更好的影響
