稱謂
邀請函的稱謂使用“統(tǒng)稱”，并在統(tǒng)稱前加敬語。如 ，“尊敬的xxx先生/女士”或“尊敬的xxx總經(jīng)理（局長）”。
正文
邀請函的正文是指商務(wù)禮儀活動主辦方正式告知被邀請方舉辦禮儀活動的緣由、目的、事項及要求，寫明禮儀活動的日程安排、時間、地點(diǎn)，并對被邀請方發(fā)出得體、誠摯的邀請。
正文結(jié)尾一般要寫常用的邀請慣用語。如“敬請光臨”、“歡迎光臨”。
例文中，正文分為三個自然段。其中第二段寫明了“20xx年終客戶答謝會”舉辦的'緣由、時間、地點(diǎn)、活動安排”。（看原文）
第一段開頭語——“過往的一年，我們用心搭建平臺，您是我們關(guān)注和支持的財富主角�！焙偷谌谓Y(jié)束語——“讓我們同敘友誼，共話未來，迎接來年更多的財富，更多的快樂！”，既反映了主辦方對合作歷史的回顧，即與“網(wǎng)商”精誠合作，真誠為客戶服務(wù)的經(jīng)營宗旨，又表達(dá)了對未來的美好展望，阿里巴巴愿與網(wǎng)商共同迎接財富，共享快樂。
這兩句話獨(dú)立成段，簡要精煉，語義連貫，首尾照應(yīng)，符合禮儀文書的行文要求，可謂是事務(wù)與禮儀的完美結(jié)合。
落款
落款要寫明禮儀活動主辦單位的全稱和成文日期。
