　　附：英語求職信注意事項

　　1、一些跨國公司或港澳臺公司，通常會要求應(yīng)聘者遞交英文求職信和個人簡歷。不過，即使沒有明確規(guī)定為了引起對方的注意和重視，最好用英文(或其它外文)信件提出對某些職位的`申請，往往會比單純寫中文求職信效果更好。所有的英文求職信都應(yīng)用電腦打印。

　　2、求職信的第一句話應(yīng)該開門見山，讓對方盡快知道它的內(nèi)容。

　　3、段落要短，句子不宜很長，長的段落更易令人生厭。

　　4、段落可以加小標(biāo)題，或是編上序號，使求職信條理分明，層次清晰。

　　5、求職信的用詞語氣應(yīng)不卑不亢，不能過分客氣，也要力求避免無意中傷害他人的尊嚴(yán)。

　　6、盡量避免用專業(yè)術(shù)語或俚語、諺語或典故、地方方言，否則在信息傳遞上可能會出現(xiàn)周折，甚至引起誤會。

　　7、求職信不應(yīng)有錯別字，不要使用涂改液或橡皮擦，紙張不要沾上污跡，以示對人的尊重。

　　8、最后別忘記簽上你的名字。英文信件中本人的親筆簽名，應(yīng)在打印機(jī)打印的姓名拼音的上面。
