　　在每年的年初和年末，在人員變動和產(chǎn)線員工極不穩(wěn)定的時候情況下，這無疑給生產(chǎn)管理帶了了極大的壓力，但在這壓力的推動下本部門還是堅持對新近員工的崗前崗中培訓(xùn)，確保新進(jìn)員工的順利進(jìn)入崗位角色，做到基本勝任輪換崗位工作，在這我要感謝行政部對員工的教育和工程部的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)和車間的各班長，的鼎力支持才始的我部門有了如今的良好局面。

　　3、安全生產(chǎn)方面

　　在過去的一年里，我部門將安全生產(chǎn)納入生產(chǎn)日常管理工作之中，隨時做到各車間員工的安全知識教育，監(jiān)督和排除各車間存在的安全隱患。確保了生產(chǎn)車間的有序運行。全年度未發(fā)生較大的人體傷害和設(shè)備損壞事故。

　　二、從公司整體方面，我有以下幾點建議：
