        Teaching process:

        Ⅰ. Lead-in

        1. Ask the students some questions about the mistakes in life.

        ⑴ Have you ever made any mistakes in your everyday life?

        ⑵ Do you think that there is someone that doesn’t make any mistakes in his life?

        ⑶ What will you do if you make some mistakes in your life?

        ⑷ Does it matter if you make a mistake in your everyday life?

        2. Let the students discuss these questions and according to their answers draw the

        conclusion: In our everyday lives, if we make some mistakes, we should correct

        them, then we are still a good fellow. (Chairman Mao’s words)

        Ⅱ. Presentation

        1. The teacher’s brief introduction:

        We know in our everyday lives, when we make some mistakes we can correct them

        in time. And also when we are using languages, we may make some mistakes. So

        today we are going to deal with this kind of exercise: Mistake Correcting (giving

        this topic on the blackboard)

        2. Give the next six sentences on the slide:

        ① What a nice weather it is!

        ② The Smiths did his best to help me.

        ③ “Stop talking,” he said his students.

        ④ It’s very kind for you to do so.

        ⑤ Although he studied hard, but he failed.

        ⑥ Please tell them come here at once.

        3. Discuss these six sentences and correct the mistakes in them with the right

        signs.

        4. Summarize the three kinds of mistakes appearing in these sentences:

        Ⅲ. Practice

        1. Give the first passage on the slide and ask the students to discuss it.

        Introduce the methods and techniques of finishing the exercise of mistake correcting on the slide. Let the students read it and discuss it by themselves.

        短文改錯(cuò)的解題方法與技巧

        1.首先要細(xì)讀全文,弄懂全篇的意思。在讀的過程可把初步確認(rèn)的錯(cuò)誤標(biāo)出。

        2.然后再從以下幾個(gè)方面仔細(xì)推敲。

        (1)動(dòng)詞→查時(shí)態(tài),第三人稱單數(shù)、非謂語動(dòng)詞、語態(tài)、主復(fù)句時(shí)態(tài)是否一致。

        (2)代詞→查前后是否一致。it的用法,以及指示代詞、人稱代詞、不定代詞、關(guān)系代詞的用法是否有誤。

        (3)介詞→查搭配及容易誤用的介詞。

        (4)形容詞副詞→查詞性有否混淆,形容詞與副詞的比較級(jí)、最高級(jí)的用法,修飾比較級(jí)的副詞等。

        (5)名詞→查單復(fù)數(shù),可數(shù)不可數(shù),是否加冠詞,the,a還是an,主謂一致問題。

        (6)連詞→查上下文之間的邏輯關(guān)系。有否誤用。

        3.重讀全文,仔細(xì)推敲改正后的短文。讀起來是否通順,邏輯思維與短文脈絡(luò)是否合理,詞匯的用法、句子結(jié)構(gòu)是否合理。

        Ⅴ. Group-work

        1. Give the second passage on the slide.

        2. Divide the students into groups of four and ask them to have a competition: Which group can get the correct answers first?

        ㈠.四不改。即:

        ①標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)不改。②大小不改。③詞序錯(cuò)誤不改(不是不改,而是按錯(cuò)詞或少詞來改)。④在綱外生詞不改。文中出現(xiàn)帶漢語注釋的詞,在句中不可能用錯(cuò)。

        ㈡.規(guī)范做題方法。

        ①要嚴(yán)格按照示范,即用規(guī)定的符號(hào)去改錯(cuò)。不要用文字去說明或用箭頭去表示。

        ②換詞,去詞和加詞三者不可混淆。
