1、in, on, at在日期前的用法。
⑴on 常用在表示星期幾或具體某一天的名詞前，當(dāng)星期名詞前有this,that,next,last等詞修飾時(shí)，其前不能再用介詞on.

2、 free用作形容詞，意為“空閑的”，其反義詞為busy“繁忙的”。如： - Are you free this Friday? 這個(gè)周五你有空嗎？ - Yes, I am. 是的，我有。
[拓展] free還可意為“免費(fèi)的”。如： The fruit is for free here today.
今天這里的水果是免費(fèi)的。
3、for+一段時(shí)間 的用法
例如：He plays sports for two hours every day.
對(duì)for+一段時(shí)間通常用how long提問(wèn)。

4、 useful是形容詞，是由“名詞use (使用)+后綴ful”構(gòu)成，意為“有用的”。類似結(jié)構(gòu)還有：help+ful → helpful 有幫助的 color+ful → colorful 絢麗多彩的
[注意] useful是雖以元音字母“u”開(kāi)頭，但其發(fā)音為輔音/ju:/，故其前用冠詞a，而不用an。如： It is a useful book. 這是一本有用的書(shū)。
5、 from…to…意為“從……到……”。既可指時(shí)間也可指地點(diǎn)。如： We go to school from Monday to Friday. 我們從星期一到星期五去上學(xué)。 It’s not far from his home to school. 從他家到學(xué)校不是很遠(yuǎn)。
6、finish用作動(dòng)詞，意為“完成；結(jié)束”，其第三人稱單數(shù)為finishes。如：
Mike finishes her homework at 7:00 p.m.
邁克晚上7點(diǎn)鐘做完了作業(yè)。
7、 lesson用作名詞，意為“課；課程”，常用短語(yǔ)： have lessons 上課 do one’s lessons做功課 8、busy 是形容詞，意為“忙的”，常用于以下兩個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)：
be busy with sth 忙于某事
be busy （in）doing sth 忙于做某事
Eg: My mother is busy with housework all day. 我媽媽整天忙于家務(wù)。
I am busy （in）reading a fun story(故事) 書(shū)。
