Step 1 Warming up
1.Memory challenge
Show the pictures on CAI quickly. See who say out the most words in ten seconds. Who is the winner?
2.Make up the word
Give each group the same letters. Let them arrange the letters into words they learned
Step2 Revision and presentation
1. Ss listen to the teacher and show the things they hear .
2. Revise the words of some school things ,using the patterns :
Is this his green pen? Yes, it is. It’s his . / No, it isn’t . It’s Bob’s.
Is that yours ? Yes, it is. It’s mine . / No, it isn’t . It’s Eric’s .

Step3 Listening and imitating
1. Ask a student to say the things in the pictures ( Section A 2a ).
2. Play the tape for the first time ,first just listen. and Second listen, get the Ss to check the things in 2a.
3. Listen and complete 2b. First read the words in the box on page 14 aloud. Now read the conversation and complete the sentence with one word from the list.
4. Let’s check the answers.

1. Let’s ask about the things in the classroom. Then we are going to make our own conversations.
2. SectionA2c:Ss make up their conversations using the things in the classroom .
3. SectionA2d:Role-play the conversation .Get some pairs to act it out in front of the whole class

Step7. Find the owner
1 .Show a box in which there are many things from the class ,and hold up a pen from the box ,asking one student Is this your pen ?Until get the answer from the student Yes, it is.
2.Get Ss to play this game .Have one student come up and pick up one thing from the box ,then go around to ask Is this your ……?until he /she finds the owner .Then another one plays the game.
Step8.Homework
1.Copy the new words four times and the Grammar Focus twice.
2. Find out the English words of school things you know. Make similar conversations like 2b.

本課時中有大量的學(xué)生語言交際活動,學(xué)生通過結(jié)對合作和小組合作的練習(xí)方法,學(xué)生已能基本用英語進(jìn)行交際,使語言知識(物主代詞)在完成任務(wù)的過程中得到運用和鞏固,同時通過模仿練習(xí),也能使學(xué)生對一般疑問句的熟練問答。但小組活動還沒有每個人動起來,對于部分口語基礎(chǔ)薄弱的學(xué)生,需進(jìn)一步的學(xué)習(xí)指導(dǎo)和培養(yǎng)。
