語法聚焦:
時間狀語從句。引導(dǎo)時間狀語從句的從屬連詞有:when,while,before,after,as ,until,till,as soon as.
注:when,as和while都可以表示“當(dāng)......的時候”,而when既可表示“一個特定的時間”,也可表示“一段時間”;as多用于口語,強調(diào)“同一時間”或“一先一后”;while也可表示同一時間,但所表示的不是一個時間點,而是一段時間,因此,謂語動詞常是延續(xù)性的,并且常用進行時態(tài)。有時while可以與when,as互換。(詳見課本P121----122)。
另:在時間狀語從句中,如果主句是一般將來時,從句常用一般現(xiàn)在時表示將來。
Eg:I'll tell her when she comes tomorrow.
I'll ring you as soon as I get to Beijing.
