【學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)】
1. 知識目標(biāo):掌握下列重點(diǎn)單詞和詞組的意思及用法wonder, band, review, ancient, composition, grade, pyramid, pupil, meeting, listen up, call, event.
2. 能力目標(biāo):復(fù)習(xí)學(xué)過的六種時(shí)態(tài),能在實(shí)際情境中用學(xué)過的六種時(shí)態(tài)造句。
3.情感目標(biāo):培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對神奇大自然的熱愛,對偉大人類文明的熱愛。
【教學(xué)重難點(diǎn)】:
1.重點(diǎn):一般現(xiàn)在時(shí),一般過去時(shí),現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí),過去進(jìn)行時(shí),一般將來時(shí),現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)。
2.難點(diǎn):以上六種時(shí)態(tài)的區(qū)別及運(yùn)用。
【教學(xué)過程】
2. [課前朗讀]: 朗讀根wonder, band, review, ancient, composition, grade, pyramid, pupil, meeting, listen up, call, event.根據(jù)音標(biāo)讀出單詞并了解漢語意思,養(yǎng)成學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)詞匯的習(xí)慣,促使學(xué)生迅速進(jìn)入學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)。
[檢查詞匯預(yù)習(xí)]:
a.采取學(xué)生結(jié)對、小組互查等形式來檢查學(xué)生對詞匯的預(yù)習(xí)情況。
b.朗讀單詞,注意發(fā)音。
一、情境導(dǎo)入
教師可問學(xué)生:Hello, everyone. Now look at the picture. What activity is the school going to hold? How do you know it?這樣會調(diào)動學(xué)生用英語思維的積極性, 引出What is a wonder of the world?導(dǎo)入本課。
二、小聽力(自主完成,合作釋疑)
聽Activity 2, 完成本題聽力。
三、大聽力 多層聽
1. 聽Activity 3,完成Activity4,選擇正確答案。
2. Listen again and check.
四、理解意思
1.小組內(nèi)合作解決activity 3的意思,找出不懂的地方。
2.小組間合作解決不懂的地方,教師適時(shí)點(diǎn)撥。
五、突破重點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn)
對重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容和疑難問題進(jìn)行合作探究學(xué)習(xí)。
1.What’s happening?什么事呀?
sth .+ happen + 地點(diǎn)或時(shí)間 某地或某時(shí)發(fā)生了什么事?

2. She started a school magazine called New Standard.
called New Standard是過去分詞短語作后置定語。

3. It was too dark to see anything.
too…to…表否定意義,太----而不能----,可以和not---enough to do或so---that---結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行交換。
如:She is too young to go to school.= She’s not old enough to go to school. = She is so young that she can’t go to school. 她太小而不能上學(xué)。

4.Why don’t we start a school magazine, too?本句表示建議對方做某事,它相當(dāng)于Why not start a school magazine, too? Why don’t+主語+do?= Why not +do?

六、歸納短語
通過對對話的學(xué)習(xí),讓學(xué)生歸納本課的短語,可以小組合作,然后通過展示呈現(xiàn)出一個(gè)小組的成果,然后其他小組補(bǔ)充完善。
