三、說(shuō)與讀的訓(xùn)練指導(dǎo)
�。ㄒ唬┱f(shuō)的訓(xùn)練
說(shuō)的訓(xùn)練是高一階段的訓(xùn)練重點(diǎn)之一，也是培養(yǎng)一個(gè)人與人交往能力的重要形式。
1、要敢于張口，大膽地練說(shuō)。雖不如《瘋狂英語(yǔ)》那樣瘋狂，也要把說(shuō)英語(yǔ)像說(shuō)漢語(yǔ)一樣自如作為自己的追求。
2、多與同學(xué)交流，抓住課上機(jī)會(huì)練習(xí)說(shuō)英語(yǔ)。利用課余時(shí)間，尋找機(jī)會(huì)，創(chuàng)造機(jī)會(huì)說(shuō)英語(yǔ)。組成小組，參加英語(yǔ)角等。重復(fù)句、造句子、背誦、復(fù)述課文都是訓(xùn)練說(shuō)的能力的好方法，只有簡(jiǎn)單的做到了，再難的任務(wù)也就不難了。
3、把練習(xí)一口氣說(shuō)出5句話沒(méi)有錯(cuò)誤作為訓(xùn)練說(shuō)的能力的前期標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。話題可由感而發(fā)，也可以是看到周圍的動(dòng)態(tài)、靜態(tài)的事物，張口而出。
4、留心觀察周圍的事物，如街頭廣告、標(biāo)語(yǔ)也是學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的好材料，看到后說(shuō)出來(lái)，也是訓(xùn)練的方法之一。
�。ǘ┳x的指導(dǎo)
1、閱讀能力是一切能力之本，也是高考要求的重中之重。在有了一定的聽(tīng)、說(shuō)能力之后，培養(yǎng)閱讀能力也是高一階段的重要步驟。
2、從興趣入手，以讀自己感興趣的英文小短文、小散文、小說(shuō)入手，漸漸地語(yǔ)感增強(qiáng)了，詞匯擴(kuò)大了，能力提高了。
3、推薦讀物
�。�1）由China Daily主編21st centurySchool Edition。每周發(fā)刊一期。話題覆蓋面廣，角度多，語(yǔ)言新活，是學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的好材料。
（2）外語(yǔ)教學(xué)與研究出版社出版的書蟲系列，選擇多，語(yǔ)言簡(jiǎn)單，生詞量小，興趣的發(fā)展得以保證。
4、閱讀數(shù)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。每天應(yīng)堅(jiān)持30分鐘，300-500字的閱讀。可集中時(shí)間讀，也可利用零散時(shí)間讀。
5、精讀、泛讀相結(jié)合。精讀是指認(rèn)真處理生詞、難句，對(duì)句子成份認(rèn)真分析等，既學(xué)語(yǔ)言又學(xué)語(yǔ)法。泛讀則是指重視了解文章大意，可采取略讀、跳讀等方法。不論是精讀還是泛讀都切忌邊讀邊查字典，這樣會(huì)打斷閱讀的整體思路不利于語(yǔ)言能力的提高。
