1.quit vt. 放棄，停止，離開
I’ve quit my job.我辭職了。
I’ve quit working.

2.burden
（1）n. 負擔，責任
She bore the burden of caring for her sick mother.
她母親生病，她擔負起照料的重任。
The boy was a burden to/on his family.

（2）vt. 負擔，給……加負擔
I don’t want to burden her with my trouble.
