We shall hold you harmless for any illegal matters related to the Intellectual Property Rights of the product, and we certify that the product is purely for commercial use only. 我方作為貴公司________________________________________貨物的供應(yīng)商，向貴公司做出如下保證：
一、關(guān)于我方經(jīng)營(yíng)資格的保證
我方保證向貴公司提供的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照、經(jīng)營(yíng)生產(chǎn)許可證真實(shí)有效。
二、關(guān)于我方供應(yīng)貨物的保證
1、供應(yīng)貨物都有合格的《質(zhì)量檢測(cè)報(bào)告》和相關(guān)的產(chǎn)品合格證，符合國(guó)家的.相關(guān)規(guī)定。
2、供應(yīng)貨物經(jīng)貴公司書面確認(rèn)供應(yīng)品牌后，不作隨意更換。
3、供應(yīng)貨物的保質(zhì)期不低于______天，自貨物經(jīng)貴公司驗(yàn)收入庫(kù)之日起計(jì)算。
4、我方認(rèn)可貴公司的貨物驗(yàn)收制度，并在對(duì)供應(yīng)貨物進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收時(shí)，嚴(yán)格遵守貴公司的貨物驗(yàn)收制度。
5、對(duì)未通過(guò)驗(yàn)收的貨物，保證在貴公司規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)補(bǔ)充合格的貨物。
6、對(duì)通過(guò)驗(yàn)收的貨物，在貴公司投入使用之前，出現(xiàn)相關(guān)證照不全、品牌不符及質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的，保證無(wú)條件退貨，并在貴公司規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)補(bǔ)充合格的貨物。
7、因我方供應(yīng)貨物的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，對(duì)貴公司造成了不良影響的，我方愿承擔(dān)該批貨物價(jià)款1-10倍的罰款，并承擔(dān)由此所造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失及法律責(zé)任。
8、我方愿意用供應(yīng)貨物貨款的30%作為每月結(jié)帳的滾動(dòng)質(zhì)保金，于下次結(jié)帳時(shí)進(jìn)行結(jié)算。
